Processing and Production Times – ORiX

At ORiX, each order is created specifically for you using print-on-demand, which requires a prior validation and preparation stage. Here's how it works:

1. Payment validation and authorization process

Once you make your purchase, the system initiates an automatic verification with the payment platforms.

• This process can take between 24 and 72 business hours .

• In certain cases (such as promotions, new card payments, or held funds), validation may take up to 5 business days .

Important Note: For some orders, production may take up to 11 business days to start due to payment gateway processing times.

2. Customized production

Once the payment has been validated:

• Your product enters the printing and manufacturing stage.

• This phase takes between 2 and 7 business days , depending on the type of item and the assigned supplier.

3. Preparation for shipping

• After production, your order is packed and shipped from the printing center closest to your location.

• At that time, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can follow up.
