SHIPPING AND TIMES

1. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
The estimated delivery time within Mexico is 15 to 30 business days in total (including validation, production, and shipping).

2. Do you ship to all of Mexico?
Yes, we ship nationwide.

3. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

4. Where are the products shipped from?
From Printify-affiliated production centers, strategically located to optimize delivery times.

5. What do I do if my package is lost?
Contact us. If the tracking number indicates delivery but you haven't received it:

  • Check with neighbors or your administration.

  • Check at your local post office.
    If you can't find it, we'll help you track it or restock it if applicable.

6. Can I change the address after purchase?
Only if the order hasn't been processed yet. Please contact us as soon as possible.

PAYMENTS AND ORDERS

7. What payment methods do you accept?
Debit card, credit card, and other payment methods available in store at checkout.

8. How do I know if my payment was successful?
You will receive an automatic confirmation email after completing your purchase.

9. Can I cancel my order?
No. Once payment is made, the production process begins and cannot be cancelled.

10. Do you offer gift cards?
Not yet, but we're working on it.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

11. Can I make changes or returns?
Only in cases of defects, damage, or printing errors. We do not accept returns for changes in size or taste.

12. How do I request a refund?
Email us at orixthings@gmail.com with your order number, supporting documentation (photos or video), and a brief description of the problem.

13. Can I exchange my size if I made a mistake?
No. All products are made to order, so we don't accept size exchanges. Please consult the size guide before purchasing.

14. What do I do if the product arrived damaged?
Contact us with visual evidence within 30 calendar days of receiving it.

PRODUCTS AND CARE

15. How do I care for my products?
Wash your garments inside out, using cold water, and avoid using the dryer. For other products, see the care section in the description.

16. Are the designs original?
Yes. All designs are created exclusively for ORiX.

17. Do you make customized products?
Not yet, but we are considering including that option in the near future.

18. How do I know what my size is?
Each garment includes a sizing guide. Measure a similar garment and compare it to the chart.

19. Why does the shipping price vary?
It depends on the type of product, weight, destination and assigned print provider.
